Dr Cameron Braddy-Green is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and General Physician with specialist interests in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), clinical nutrition, and weight management. He offers high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy services, including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, advanced polypectomy, and the management of colorectal conditions.
Before entering medicine, Dr Braddy-Green studied Pharmacology at King’s College London, gaining a solid foundation in the design and application of medicines. He went on to complete graduate-entry medicine at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry. His post-graduate training took place across North Central and East London, where he developed broad clinical expertise. His advanced training includes a focused IBD rotation at University College Hospital and a specialist nutrition rotation at The Royal London Hospital, along with a UEG Clinical Visiting Fellowship at Aarhus University Hospital in Denmark.
Dr Braddy-Green is actively involved in clinical research and holds the position of Principal Investigator for the COLO-PREVENT trial, as well as Sub-Investigator for the GONDOMAR and OCEaN trials. He is also a member of the British Society of Gastroenterology (BSG) IBD Guideline Development Group, contributing to the 2024 national guideline update.
He holds the European Specialty Examination in Gastroenterology & Hepatology (ESEGH) certification and is JAG-accredited in both gastroscopy and ileocolonoscopy. A passionate educator, Dr Braddy-Green is a GMC-approved Educational and Clinical Supervisor, and currently serves as Nutrition Service Lead and Postgraduate Training Lead.
