You have the right to expect good quality services from Medi Park Clinic. You also have the right to make a complaint if you’re not happy with the service or care you receive, or feel you have been treated unfairly.

Medi Park Clinic takes complaints very seriously. Should you wish to make a complaint, you can do so and receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within 3 working days. Your complaints will be handled fairly and confidentially.
